Students who are appearing or have cleared class 12th exams can appear for the IPMAT exam. Full form of IPMAT is Integrated Program Management Aptitude Test. This test is regulated by IIM Indore to offer admission to the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM).
From Undergraduate to Postgraduate, IPM is a combined management program comprising 15 terms. The course reigns over 5 years with internship projects during the finish of each academic year.
The IPM Indore program is divided into 2 parts. The first part is the foundation course while the second part is the management course. The first 3 years of the program involve a BBA course whereas the last 2 years include the MBA course for the students.
Hence, when the students complete the entire 5-year program, they are awarded BBA (Foundation in Management) + MBA degree.
IPM INDORE FEE
- Indian Students: For the first three years, the annual fee for Indian students is INR 4,00,000/-.
- International Students: For the first three years, the annual fee for International students is INR 6,00,000/-.
- For the 4th and 5th years, the program fee would be the same as that of IIM Indore’s PGP program.
IPMAT INDORE 2024: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should fulfill certain eligibility criteria for IPM Indore to appear for IPMAT 2024. Check the criteria below:
AGE:
Candidates born on or after 1st August. 2004 are eligible to appear for IPMAT 2024. Age relaxation of up to 5 years is offered to candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category.
QUALIFYING EXAM:
Candidates who have completed their 12th standard or equivalent exam from a recognized school in 2023 or are appearing in 2024 are eligible to appear for the IPMAT exam.
QUALIFYING MARKS:
Candidates from the general category should have scored a minimum of 60% while the candidates from SC, ST, or PwD categories should have a minimum of 55% of marks.

IPMAT INDORE: EXAM PATTERN
The IIM Indore entrance exam comprises three sections namely verbal ability, Quantitative Ability (MCQ), and Quantitative Ability (SA). Below is the table stating the weightage and time allotted for each section:

IPMAT Indore 2024: SELECTION
The 5-years Integrated Program in Management is offered to those candidates who qualify in both rounds of IPMAT.
Yes, the candidate should clear the first round of the Aptitude test and then the round of personal interviews.
Stage 1: Aptitude Test
The candidate needs to appear for IPMAT. The aptitude comprises both multiple choice questions (MCQs) and short answers (SA).
Once the candidate secures the minimum qualifying marks and reaches the cut-off prepared by the IIM Indore then the candidate moves to the next step of a personal interview.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates move toward the second round of Personal Interviews (PI) which is regulated by the admissions committee.
The panel judges the candidate’s general awareness, communication, convincing skills, confidence, and knowledge.

If the candidate is from SC, ST, PwD, or NC-OBC category they need to show a valid Caste certificates to support their reservation category while candidates from the EWS category also need to show a valid document when applying for the EWS category.
IPMAT 2024: ADMIT CARD
IIM Indore will issue the admit card for IPMAT 2024. By 2nd week of April 2024, candidates will be able to download the admit card. It is advisable to keep the printout of the admit card as the candidate will have to carry it to the examination center as well as during the counseling session.
