The full form of IPMAT is Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test. Indian Institute of Management, Indore conducts this national-level aptitude test annually.
Applicants willing to study for a 5-year integrated program of management can appear for IPMAT 2024 exam. Integrated Program in Management (IPM) is a 5-year management program offered by IIM Jammu, IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, and IIM Bodh Gaya.

IPMAT 2024: REGISTRATION
Application forms for IPMAT 2024 will be available online on the official website of the university IIM Indore https://www.iimidr.ac.in/.
Candidate should begin with IPMAT registration and then move ahead to fill out the application form.
Here are the steps to be followed to fill out the IPMAT application form:
PROCESS TO FOLLOW: IPMAT REGISTRATION 2024
- Open the official website of IPMAT https://www.iimidr.ac.in/
- Click on the IPMAT 2024 registration link
- Enter the required details including your valid phone number and email ID.
- Create a user ID and the password
Once you have your User ID and password, begin the process of filling out the application form in the following manner:
- Log on to the website using your credentials
- An application form appears on the screen. Fill out the correct details such as name, date of birth, nationality, contact details, qualification, etc.
- Pay the IPMAT application fee either through Debit/Credit card, net banking, or UPI.
NOTE: Candidates should keep all the requisite documents handy. If the candidate is from the reserved category, you should keep the attested certificates supporting the reservation category ready.
Application fee
The application fee is as follows:
- General category: Rs. 4130
- Reserved category: Rs. 2065
The fee includes GST and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-adjustable.
IPMAT 2024: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Before filling out the IPMAT 2024 application form, candidates should thoroughly check the eligibility criteria for the same.
Age Criteria
Candidates should be 20 years old (22 years in case of reserved category) to apply for IPMAT 2024 exam.
Qualifying Exam
Candidate should complete 12th standard (HSC) or equivalent exam from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for the HSC exam during the current year are also eligible to appear for the IPMAT exam.
Qualifying Marks
Candidate should obtain 60% marks (55% in case of reserved category) in the qualifying examination.

IPMAT 2024: EXAM CITIES

IPMAT 2024: ADMIT CARD
IPMAT 2024 Admit cards will be released in the first week of June 2024 (tentatively). The candidate should carry the admit card to the examination center without this the entry will be denied.
- Applicants should visit the official website of the university.
- Tap on the ‘Admit card’ tab.
- Log in using the credentials i.e. Application number or User ID and Password to access the admit card.
- Download and take the printout of the IPMAT 2024 Admit card.

IPMAT 2024: EXAM RESULTS
Tentatively, the IPMAT 2024 exam results will be announced in the last week of July.2024. Candidates can check the results on the official website of the university.
- On the homepage, the candidate should click on the ‘Results’
- Type the Application number, registered email ID, or Date of Birth in DD/MM/YY format.
- Enter the security code.
- Tap on the tab ‘Get Status’
- The screen will display the IPMAT 2024 result.
Candidate should download and take the printout of the result for further reference.
IPMAT 2024: EXAM COUNSELLING
Once the IPMAT 2024 results are out, the candidates who will clear the IPMAT with a good score will be called for a personal interview.
Candidates should carry all the necessary documents during the interview.
FAQs: REGARDING IPMAT EXAM
In IPMAT Indore and Rohtak, candidates get 4 marks for each correct answer whereas each incorrect answer brings a penalty of 1 mark. Moreover, there is no negative marking for Short Answer questions (SA).
IIM Indore/IIM Rohtak awards Bachelor’s degree (BBA) when you complete the first three years and a Post-Graduate Degree (MBA) after completing the final 2-years.
The IPM subjects included in the first three years are Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, Humanities, Sociology, Language, and Sports. For the last 2-years, the PGP curriculum is followed.
The IPMAT exam is held once a year.
