Section IA & IB (LANGUAGE TEST):-
There majorly two section for CUET exam, Section IA & Section IB. The Language is tested through Reading Comprehension (Factual, Literary and Narrative, Literary Aptitude, and Vocabulary is checked through different types of passages).
Section IA:- 13 Languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu).
Any of the languages may be chosen from 13 different languages.
Section IB:- Chinese, German, French, Arabic, Italian, Japanese, Nepali, Russian, Spanish, Tibetan, Dogri, Bodo, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Santhali, and Sindhi.
Any of the languages may be chosen from 20 different languages.
